Course Objectives:
• Identify and practice ways to manage nerves
• Identify and practice effective platform techniques
• Begin to identify your own unique presentation style
• Identify key elements of audience analysis
• Identify and practice techniques to effectively handle questions from your audience
• Identify and practice techniques for handling a difficult audience
Presenter Jeff Fetterman has 20 years of professional experience in classroom training, management consulting and human resources. He has facilitated classes around the world on topics including leadership, people development, business development, and project management. Jeff received a Master’s in Mathematics from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Capella University. In addition he has certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and a graduate certificate in Organizational Change and Development. Jeff is the owner of Indulgence Pet Boutique and The Bookend Café, both located in Fenwick Island, DE. Snacks and coffee will be provided.
